HOULIHAN’S MISCELLANY
As a creative writer with an agency background, working on Houlihan’s was an adventure. The mixture of corporate- and franchisee-owned stores made it nearly impossible to implement consistent brand standards and menus. The corporate stores had the latest look and feel, and the franchise stores generally did their own thing. The brand voice, however, was a constant. So we served up cheeky irreverence and fun at every opportunity.
